You know the day you wake up and you don’t want to get out of bed?
Well those days have been too frequent for me of late – my mind overloaded with stuff, too much to list here. but you get the idea.
I consider myself fortunate not to have children at this time in my life, but wasn’t always the case. I don’t think I would be able to cope with the responsibility on top of all this stuff!!
Old enough to know how to handle myself but getting to the stage where decisions have to be made around where I allow my energy to be spent. This is the difficult one, time management, strategies, planning, diarising (is that really a word?).
Sitting at my desktop getting things in order on social media – ticking off jobs done in my planner since five o’clock this morning. Unearthly time of day for some, for me it is the quietest – the time when the world sleeps and wouldn’t dare to send you a message, so no interruptions. Love it!

I spent some hours with a lovely soul yesterday who shared an African Proverb with me and I want to share it with you today:

If you don’t want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together.
